Enter a price and your free slots; the app prepares a WhatsApp message with the link. The booking is confirmed the moment the client picks a time.

Tomorrow's reminder
Every evening you get a summary of tomorrow's bookings. A reminder for each client opens in WhatsApp, pre-written in their language; you just tap send.
Client cards and tattoo map
Contact details, where they found you, total spend, session count and notes. The tattoo map shows every area you have tattooed on a front and back figure.
Invoices and deposits
Total price, deposit, payments per session (cash, card, transfer) and the balance due. Multi-session pieces show progress like 3/5.
Studio split and your share
Pick the studio share (0, 30, 40, 50 or 60%) and your share is calculated for you. Example: on a $2,000 job with a 40% split, $800 goes to the studio and $1,200 to you.
Month-end bookkeeping
Log income and expenses and see revenue, studio share, expenses and net for the month. The total clients owe you always sits at the top.

Frequently asked questions
Is Tattoo Artist Books free?
The download is free. Every feature is unlocked with a Starter or Pro subscription, and the first 7 days are free. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Does the app take a commission on my work?
No. Tattoo Artist Books is not a marketplace. It doesn't find clients for you and takes no cut of your income, deposits or bookings. You only pay a fixed subscription.
Is it available on Android?
Right now it's available for iPhone on the App Store. An Android version is in the works.
I work on commission. Does it calculate the studio split?
Yes. On every invoice you choose the studio share (0, 30, 40, 50 or 60%) and your share is calculated automatically and added to your month-end numbers.
Does it send messages to my clients automatically?
Reminders open in WhatsApp pre-written in the client's language, so sending takes one tap. You always stay in control of what goes out.
Will I lose my data if I change phones?
No. Your data is backed up on EU servers. Sign in on the new phone with the same Apple, Google or email account and everything comes back.
Is my clients' data safe?
The app was designed with GDPR in mind. Health details are saved only with the client's explicit consent, and you can export or delete client data.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Only the client limit: Starter covers up to 100 clients, Pro is unlimited. Both plans include every feature, the piercing module too.
